Leiola Duty Free is now completely owned by PRL (Pacific Retail Ltd.). The recent internation bidding got to as high as TOP$6,060,000 (The winning bid by PRL). On Tuesday 12 August 2008, the document to transfer the shares was signed by the minister for public enterprises, information & finance, Hon. Aful'alo on behalf of the government, and signed by John Paul Chapman on behalf of Pacific Retail Ltd.
